Muhammad Imran Nawaz is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience in financial and risk management, corporate reporting, and governance. A Harvard alumnus, he has held senior roles including Big4 auditor, CFO of a telecommunications multinational, and currently serves as Vice President at PTH Financial & Insurance. He is known for his strong work ethic, distinguished leadership, and expertise in guiding strategic and operational transformation, nurturing talent, and fostering value creation across geographically diverse teams. Imran is also actively involved as a philanthropist and founder of Al Hayat Welfare Trust, driving multiple initiatives across Asia.
